Before launching her company, Lucie Bailly worked in several IT companies where she managed large delivery projects until taking over the direction of transformation at one of them in 2018. Based on her experience, she imagined a digital solution to help companies succeed in their transformation. We discussed the critical elements for engaging people at all company levels.
